Job description

Maison La Clef is looking for a commercially curious profile to help grow a useful network of lifestyle partners: restaurants, hotels, wellness houses, boutiques, cultural venues, events, brands and selected local businesses. This role helps find the right doors before clients need the key.

The role is about finding opportunities that can create value for our clients, from sponsorships and private invitations to preferred conditions, promotions and B2B collaborations. It suits someone who enjoys research, outreach and building relationships with a polished Maison La Clef tone.

What you will do

  • Research potential lifestyle partners, events, sponsorships and client benefits.
  • Approach selected businesses and explore collaboration opportunities.
  • Identify offers such as preferred access, promotions, added value or B2B privileges.
  • Keep clear notes so useful opportunities can be followed up and activated.

Profile we are looking for

  • Experience or strong interest in partnerships, business development, hospitality, events, lifestyle, sales or client services.
  • Commercial curiosity and the confidence to approach businesses by email, phone or in person.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to judge whether an offer is useful, credible and relevant for clients.
  • Professional written communication in English and/or French; German is a plus.
  • Organised working style, with clear notes, follow-ups and database discipline.
  • Ability to think in terms of client value, relationship quality and long-term usefulness.
