Job description

The Junior Lifestyle Concierge supports Maison La Clef with day-to-day client requests, reservations and provider communication. The role is practical, detail-oriented and close to hospitality, where every detail can become the key to a smoother client experience.

You will help research options, contact venues or suppliers, follow up on open requests and prepare clear confirmations. It suits someone calm, service-minded and curious about restaurants, hotels, travel, events and the doors Maison La Clef opens for clients.

What you will do

  • Support standard requests such as restaurants, hotels, transport and selected events.
  • Contact venues and providers to check availability and options.
  • Prepare concise notes and confirmations with accurate details.
  • Follow up on pending requests and keep their status clear.

Profile we are looking for

  • Previous experience in hospitality, concierge, reservations, guest relations, travel, restaurants or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and calm, polite communication.
  • Comfortable handling requests by email, phone, websites and messaging tools.
  • Able to research quickly, compare options and write clear summaries.
  • Reliable with follow-ups, deadlines, notes and confirmations.
  • French and English are preferred; German or other languages are a plus.
